Most orders ship within 48 hours of payment processing (excluding weekends or holidays). Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number for you to track your package. All orders are also tracked. This means that from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered, you can track it right up to your doorstep! We do not take any responsibility for this! We are not responsible for any lost packages that are not tracked. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to the wrong, invalid or correct address.

feetwiz is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect/insufficient/incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect postal/zip codes, blank cell phone fields. Nor will feetwiz be responsible for non-deliveries or additional shipping costs due to personal reasons.

Our shipping service provider only accepts deliveries to valid street addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, nor to outlying or remote areas and islands, military addresses.

During public holidays or extreme weather, shipping times may be affected. This is because manufacturers and carriers may restrict or stop their operations. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and normal service will resume soon after the holiday or extreme weather ends.

Detailed tracking of your order can only be done when it arrives in the destination country. Especially for standard and expedited shipping, please allow some business days for delivery to your address, or maybe even “not found”. Thank you for your patience.
